Eating Straight Out Of A Pig's Stomach In Ecuador! 🇪🇨

On my way to the Ecuadorian Amazon, I stopped in the city of Cayambe to see what it had to offer. With no foreigners in sight, I went straight for the local experience as always. After trying the city's most famous afternoon snack, I wandered through the central park at the perfect time to experience an indigenous musical performance that carried on down the street. At this point, I knew Cayambe wasn't just any ordinary town. With high expectations for the Central Market, I walked in and felt completely out of place (in the best way possible). The market is full of local Andean cuisine and you will see even more of it in my next video. It is so refreshing to go to a country that has so much of it's culture on public display. I am off to a great start in Ecuador, and there are plenty more adventures to come as I head into the Andes mountains! 🇪🇨
