- 30 sec Push Up Renegade Rows
- 15 sec Squats, 15 sec Squat Pulses
- 30 sec Bicycles
- 15 sec Lunge, 15 sec Lunge Pulse (each leg)
- 30 sec Tricep Dips
- 30 sec Russian Twists
- 30 sec Frog Pumps
