At Sukha Yoga, we invite you to practice in a way that is comfortable for your body so that you can be completely present and aware of how you like to move. The increased interest and attention to ourselves on how we move and breathe encourages us to slow down and in turn teaches us to become more aware, on and off the yoga mat.
