If you have been sitting all day then this the perfect remedy for poor posture. This short pilates workout targets the chest, upper back, shoulders and core. Good posture is not about sitting up straight, it is about moving well and creating balance in the body. By strengthening the muscles of the back and lengthening the muscles through the chest and neck, we allow the spine to reset and restore, open the chest and start to develop better posture.
Pilates is a fantastic exercise option for busy people, as it features many full-body exercises that focus on core strength and all over body conditioning.
In this short workout, we get the whole body working straight away, and we don't stop till the very end.
