ULTIMATE CALISTHENICS BACK & BICEPS BAR BARIANS ROUTINE! | Body By Chosen

This might be the ultimate calisthenics arm & back routine from the BarBarians. This routine may sound simple but I can assure you, it's not. It's a pull ups & push ups combo. This workout directly targets almost every upper body muscle. Such as the lats, shoulders, delts, biceps, chest etc. This is one of the many routines we did this day. Body By Chosen crew came down from Toronto and we put in a lot of reps at Wingate park. It was a epic session full of gains. If you want to increase your pull up count or push up count this routine will assist you greatly. It's a great endurance workout as you don't have a ton of rest time and the rep range allows you to consistently be working. With sufficient volume and resistance this is how to build muscle! Of course with your diet in tact. Summer 2018 is approaching, let's get those gains!
