Being VEGAN is USELESS! | Calisthenics Talk | Unpopular Opinions

Welcome to another episode of calisthenics talk, where I give my unpopular opinion about various topics within the fitness and calisthenics community. In this Episode of Calisthenics Talk, I talk about why "being vegan is useless". Now before you all get triggered. Watch the video in it's entirety. We are in an age where people love to just hop on the bandwagon "because it's cool". Many people don't understand why they follow certain trends but they're convinced enough to do so simply because everyone else is doing it. And I feel like the "vegan lifestyle" is taking on that same trend. Just like any other lifestyle change, you should know why you're doing it. Not follow blindly just because it's the thing to do. The vegan diet, in and of itself isn't going to increase your lifespan. These processed vegan foods that are being mass-produced by food companies are arguably more unhealthy than a traditional American diet. Being vegan holds various meanings and this will be dependant on, your reason for going vegan. Is it for ethical reasons? Is it due to your state of health? Depending on your reason for becoming vegan, your approach may vary and the way you relay your dietary choice to others will also have a different tone, depending on your why.

I have absolutely nothing wrong with the vegan and as I said, I do primarily eat plant-based, to begin with. I'll probably go back full vegan in the near future.
