10 Minute Pullups and Pushups Workout | Bar Barians Training Ft Zef

This 10-minute pullups and pushups bar barians workout from Zef at Wingate park will have you pumped and leveling up. This workout is an on the minute every minute workout. You'll be performing 10 pullups and 20 pushups every minute on the minute for 10 minutes followed by a rest period and then perform 10 neutral bar pullups and 20 diamond pushups.
