Bar Brawl 11 calisthenics competition was a wonderful experience and part of that experience was this last man standing muscle-ups battle at wingate park. From young up and coming calisthenics athletes to older more seasoned athletes, they all put in a ton of work. During this muscle-ups battle, you'll see that age does not stop the party.
