Calisthenics battle between two upcoming female calisthenic athletes, @fitflaggyjae vs. @ms_naima at the world famous Wingate Park in Brooklyn, NY, 10/18/2020.

The workout, for time, w/ a 25 lb. plate attached:
10 Pullups + 40 Squats
8 Pullups + 30 Squats
6 Pullups + 20 Squats
4 Pullups + 10 Squats
2 Pullups + 50 Pushups
