Calisthenics Workout for ALL Levels | Beginner to Advance | Eric Rivera
Basic calisthenics routine for all levels, from beginners to the advanced athlete. This will help build your strength (for beginners), endurance, and stamina. The workout:
7 min AMRAP:
10 Pushups + 15 Squats
The goal is to get in as many rounds as possible within those 7 minutes. You determine the level of intensity within the workout.
