This is an advanced full body high volume calisthenics workout given to us by Colin (fit over 50) OG in the calisthenics game, he's been at this for 17 years now. You can follow along with this workout and get your gains for the day. This workout included pullups, pushups, squats, lunges, dips, burpees, and more!
