5 RULES FOR ALL CALISTHENICS BEGINNERS you need to know! No matter what level you're at these are rules you should be following. Calisthenics can be tricky if you're not sure what goal you want to achieve. By learning what your goal you want to achieve with calisthenics can take a lot of the guess work out. Every workout can be effective whether it be a 5 or 10 minute home ab workout all the way to a 45 minute high intensity circuit once you understand how the body works.

Want to learn about the proper diet you need to follow? or How genetics play a role in your progress? Even the body type you have can influence the rate of progress you make when doing calisthenics. Not everyone has the same training style, therefore rest periods between sets may differ as well as your rep range. We discuss that in this video!
