This 500 push-ups & 200 pull-ups in 20 minutes calisthenics challenge was a killer! Can you finish this calisthenics routine? If you can let us know! Myself (Irvin Felix John), Sincere Semion (FitLife_Semi) and Bam Baam put ourselves to the test!This push pull routine is great for increasing endurance and stamina. The high volume will certainly help with developing the muscles of the back, arms, chest, shoulders and many other muscle groups. This routine certainly sounds harder than it actually is. This is a 20 minute routine! And it's intense. The goal is to complete as many sets as possible before the time runs out. The routine is simple complete 500 push ups and 200 pull ups before the 20 minutes is up. Perform each set on the minute.
