60 min Yin Yoga | Advanced Yin Yoga for Hips Flexibility

Namaste Yinsters and welcome back on the mat for a 60 min Yin Yoga Sequence for Hips Flexibility. In this advanced yin yoga class, we will be holding asanas for 5 minutes each and will work on our hip area for a duration of one hour. Today's theme will be about focusing on creating space in our lives so that the universe can manifest itself and give us more of what we need and less of what we don't need. This is an amazing class to bring back the health and love your hips deserved from sitting down on a computer chair or desk way too often. This is a great yin yoga for mental health class, that will leave you feeling amazing, opened up, and refreshed. The challenge of today's class comes from staying still for a prolonged period of time and dealing with your own thoughts and mind. Dive into this with me and let's embrace the power and benefits of Yin Yoga together.
