Namaste Yogis, today's 45 min Restorative Yin Yoga Flow is a yoga class for everyone and anyone who is not afraid to slow down and tune inwards to explore their body and mind. We will be focusing on being in the moment and letting go of any stress, unwanted thoughts, and worries.
