When I started my fitness journey, I didn't understand how to build muscle. My goal was to get lean and I made a mistake thinking that muscle growth wasn't that important. I also didn't know anything about how long to see results from working out. After a lot of studying, I stumbled upon discussions about how much muscle can you gain naturally or how much muscle can you gain in a month or a year. I found that these discussions didn't give any clarity on gaining muscle and what I can expect.
This is why in this video, I decided to show how gaining 30 pounds of lean muscle mass changed my physique. Building muscle naturally is a slow process and took me 10 years to get where I am today. I did my best to estimate years of gaining muscle mass, and I can't know the exact numbers.
