8 Week Guide to Achieving Your Hot Girl Summer Bod:
1) WWHGD?
What does your ideal Hot Girl look like and what does she do? Make a list and start acting like that hot girl.
2) Get at least 10,000 steps in EVERY day.
Start/end your day with a 30 minute walk or do two 15 minute walks/day.
3) Choose your workouts for each week.
Take it a step further, and also decide what days you’re gonna workout on and make sure to stick to your plan!
Set out your workout clothes, pack your gym bag, and set yourself up for success, sis.
4) Plan out 1 meal to prep for each week.
Choose a recipe, go grocery shopping, and prep your Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner meals for the entire week.
5) Eat only until you're ~75-80% full for EVERY meal and snack.
Continue to check in with yourself throughout your meals and once you're at that 3/4 mark, pack your food to go and enjoy it later!
6) Keep yourself accountable.
What you look like in 2 months depends on what you do today--Is what you're doing today and your current actions reflecting your goals?
If someone were to observe your lifestyle and actions, would they be able to tell you were working towards the goals you currently have set?
You have to want your goals more than you want to not change.
7) Find a motivational/encouraging quote and put it on on your phone lock screen/desktop.
