FREE WORKOUT GUIDE | Beginner Abs STEP BY STEP

Self-quarantine or not, summer bod here we come!

Today we start the FINAL week, WEEK SIX, of our completely free 6-Week Beginner Abs Workout Guide Challenge!

For this week, your goal is to complete the workout in this video THREE times!
(The entire video = 1 workout)

None of these ab workouts over the next six weeks will require any equipment and can be done right from home.

This workout is set up in a follow-along-with-me style meaning that you can follow along with me through every second of the entire workout!

If you'd prefer to workout by yourself, here's the workout:
- Russian Twists | 60 seconds
- 30 second rest
- Bicycle Crunches | 60 seconds
- 30 second rest
- Leg Raises | 60 seconds
- 30 second rest
- Plank on Elbows | 60 seconds
- 60 second rest
Repeat all the above 2 more times for a total of 3x.

Please keep in mind that being able to visibly see your abs comes first through nutrition.
