SLIM LEGS & BUBBLE BOOTY | Quarantine Workout

What's up, guys!?

For today's quarantine at home workout, we'll be training legs and booty!
For this workout, all you'll need are some dumbbells, or anything you can use in place of dumbbells, and a small resistance band.

Of course, most importantly, never forget that your fitness goals are fueled also through your nutrition, so always remember to stay consistent with both your nutrition & training.

Dumbbell & Resistance Band Legs and Booty Workout:
1) a. Fire Hydrants | 12 reps/leg
1) b. Laying Lateral Leg Raises | 12 reps/leg
Repeat a & b back to back for a total of 3x.
2) Single-Leg Hip Thrusts | 4x12 reps/leg
3) Split Squats | 4x12/leg
4) Lateral Lunges | 4x12/leg
*Rest 60 seconds between every single set*
