- If you're currently getting less than 5,000 steps a day, shoot for 5,000 steps/day
- If you're currently getting 5,000 steps a day, shoot for 7,000 steps/day
- If you're currently getting 7,000 steps a day, shoot for 10,000 steps/day
OR
Four 15-minute walks/day or two 30-minute walks/day
