1) Heel Touches | 30 seconds
30 second rest
2) Butterfly Kicks | 30 seconds
30 second rest
3) Reverse Crunches | 30 seconds
30 second rest
4) Plank | 30 seconds
Rest for 60 seconds.
Repeat 1-4 for a total of 2x.
