30 Minute Dumbbell-Only Leg Workout at Home

I hope you're all having a great week so far!
Today, we'll be doing a leg workout that you can d0 right from home. Just grab your dumbbells (or anything else to use instead of dumbbells) and let's burn some calories!
You can follow along with me in real time throughout this entire workout, but if that's not your vibe, feel free take a screenshot of the workout diagrams included in the video right before the workout starts and at the very end of the workout.

DB-ONLY LEG WORKOUT:
1) Goblet Squats Pyramid Set:
a. 12 reps at a lighter weight
b. Increase the weight & do 9 reps
c. Increase the weight again & do 6 reps
d. Rest for 1 minute.
Repeat a-d for a total of 3x.
2) Short-Stance Walking Lunges | 4x12/leg
3) Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) | 4x15
4) a. Lateral Steps | 12 reps/leg
b. Jump Squats | 12 reps
c. Rest for 1 minute.
Repeat a-c for a total of 4x.
