The Right Big Toe and the Right BC Pattern: A Postural Restoration Perspective

Sensory awareness of the right big toe is necessary for appropriate biomechanical pushoff (right foot re-supination) to transfer the body from the right foot to the left foot. In other words it is needed to inhibit the left AIC right BC pattern as defined by the Postural Restoration Institute.

Hey there, my name is Neal Hallinan.

The purpose of this channel is to help people understand and resolve chronic muscular and joint pain, primarily through the discipline of Postural Restoration.

As someone who lived with chronic pain for many years of my life, I know how debilitating and isolating it can be. But I also know it can be resolved.
