Unforgettable Trip to an Amazing Island Paradise in the Philippines - (Amanpulo), Pre-Pandemic

Amanpulo is on the island of Pamalican, 360 kilometers south of Manila, Philippines. Part of the Aman Resorts Group, this island paradise is one of the most beautiful, exclusive, and private places I've ever been to.

This trip happened in November 2019, right before the imposition of travel restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I wanted to share this trip with you as I felt inspired to relive simple liberties that we sometimes took for granted before. No, it was not a perfect trip (it was quite stormy the first day we were there), but I am glad we got to see the island in less than perfect weather (still stunning).

I'm hopeful that one day we will emerge from this storm and experience the beauty of travel once again.
