Creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus

After making this last weekend, this is now my go-to recipe for hummus!

Roasting the garlic removes its bite, and I'm able to add more garlic than what most recipes call for. Also. aimmering the chickpeas for a few minutes and removing the skin makes for a creamier concoction.
14 oz. can chickpeas
Juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup tahini
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3-6 roasted garlic cloves
pinch cumin
pinch smoked paprika

Fresh vegetables and pita bread for dipping
