Rainbow Pavlova Recipe - Don't Make This HUGE Mistake! [4K]

It's summertime, and the living is easy! There's no dessert that highlights fresh fruits better than a Pavlova. I wanted to end June by showcasing the best seasonal fruits British Columbia has to offer. In addition, June being the month of diversity and inclusion, I used fruits that represent the colors of the rainbow.

Ingredients:

For the meringue:

4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp white vinegar

Toppings:

Purple - blackberries
Blue - blueberries
Green - gooseberries, mint
Yellow - lemon curd
Orange - mandarin segments
Red - strawberries
