Vegan Salt and Pepper Squid

January is the time to try new things. I've been thinking about new ways to expand my culinary horizon - this recipe is my attempt at recreating this Chinese takeout favourite, using only plant-based ingredients. King Oyster Mushrooms
Red Chilli
Garlic
Green Onions
Red Bell Peppers

Soy Milk
Vinegar
Potato Starch

Shaoxing Wine
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Vegetable Oil for Frying
