Frog Heaven! Intense wet season frog calls & rhythms in Queensland

The sounds of various frog species calling in Queensland's wet season. After heavy rain, these frog choruses can be deafening. In this video the calls of several species can be heard including Little Red Treefrog (Litoria rubella), White-lipped Treefrog (Litoria infrafrenata), Marbled Marsh Frog (Limnodynastes convexiusculus), Northern Dwarf Treefrog (Litoria bicolor) & the dreaded Cane Toad (Bufo marinus) which despite being an unwelcome invasive species, makes a nice deep rolling sound! A multitude of crickets and other insects add texture to this intense soundscape.
