White-lipped Tree Frog Call & Sounds

White-lipped Tree Frog calls recorded in the Daintree rainforest, Queensland. The White-lipped Tree Frog (Litoria infrafrenata) is the world’s largest species of tree frog and is native to the wet tropics of Queensland as well as parts of New Guinea. This species makes a loud, barking call and is a common sound of the rainy season throughout it's range. It can also make mewing sounds when agitated. The sound of many male White-lipped Tree Frogs chorusing in the breeding season can be deafening!

This sample features the typical calls of White-lipped Tree Frogs and was recorded on the Daintree river floodplain in Queensland's wet season. More examples of wildlife sounds and bird calls can be found on my website https://wildambience.com/wildlife-sounds/
