And then we have those who blame their environment or genetics. All those factors play a role, and there's much more happening here. Over the last ten years, I've observed that success is pretty rare when it comes to getting lean and building a long-term lifestyle at 12 - 15% body fat. Most people struggle with losing body fat and don't know how to get results.
And in this video, I go over three early signs I've observed over the last decade that consistently lead to people failing their diets and never getting the results they want.
