And in this video, I go over the steps I would take if I was once again a beginner, starting skinny fat at 22% body fat and how I would get my muscular physique at 12% body fat or 15% body fat. I cover what I would do first, the training routine, the diet, the mistakes to avoid, and most importantly, the mental side of the skinny fat solution.
