材料：2个鸡腿肉，半个南瓜

1）鸡腿肉去骨再切小块，加入6瓣拍碎的大蒜，半勺胡椒粉，一茶匙盐，一勺酱油，一勺蚝油，一勺玉米淀粉，一勺辣椒粉，抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2）南瓜切成小块备用
3）热锅倒油，油热后一个个的放入鸡肉，用中火慢煎至微焦，然后取出来
4）锅中留下少许油，放入大蒜爆香，放入南瓜炒至稍微变软，加入大约500毫升清水煮开，再放入鸡肉翻炒，炒至南瓜软烂就可以出锅啦
