Dinner bun Soya Kheema BBQ Style Sandwiches
-12 small buns (6 persons)

Ingredients
-dinner Bun/bread pav
-5 salad leaves
-4 slice cheese
-11/2 cup soya Kheema
-Salt to taste

SAUCE MIXTURE
-5 tbsp bbq sauce
-4 tbsp mayonnaise (as required)
-2 onion chopped
-4 tomato slices
-1 tbsp garlic paste
-2 tbsp tomato ketchup
-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-2 tbsp sriracha sauce
-1/2 black pepper
-4 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tsp mixed herbs
-Salt to taste

-Heat olive oil add chopped onion stir and cook until golden, add garlic paste stir till raw smell disappears,
Add soya kheema stir and cook till they turn slightly golden
-add sauce mixture stir cook for 2 minutes turn off the flame

Arrange sandwich
-Cut dinner bun in the middleman add spread Mayonnaise, tomato ketchup
-Add place salad leaves, soya kheema, tomato slices, cheese slices close the bun
-Mix in a bowl 2 tbsp butter , 1 tsp garlic paste mix well , Brush butter & garlic mix on top the bun and grill for 10 minutes.
-Enjoy with French fries
