Vegetarian Chili Con Carne | 蔬食墨西哥燉辣肉醬 ｜One pot dish | 蔬食友善

Chili Con Carne is a spicy stew which contains chillis, meat, tomatoes and kidney beans. It originated from Mexico and southern Texas.
My vegetarian version of chili Con Carne is one of my signature dish at home 😋. Everything cooked in one pot. Super quick, easy and delicious!

墨西哥燉辣肉醬是一道在墨西哥及美國德州地區相當普遍的一道家常料理，主要是以番茄醬為基底，加上絞肉、辣椒、大紅豆與一些香料燉煮而成。
我的「蔬食友善」版本的墨西哥燉辣肉醬是我引以為傲的一道家常菜之一，更重要的是全程一鍋完成！簡單，快速，稱它為白飯殺手也不為過！

Ingredients 食材：
Kidney beans 大紅豆 240g
Chopped tomatoes 碎切番茄醬 400g
Plant- based mince 素絞肉 250g
2 Celery stalks 西洋芹2根
Dark chocolate thumb size 姆指大小的黑巧克力
1 Vegetable sock cube 蔬菜高湯塊1個
Chilli flakes 辣椒粒 1tsp
Cumins 孜然粉 1tsp
Oregano 奧勒岡 1tsp
