I am certain the matcha(green tea) fans won’t be able to resist this cake!

又是一道抹茶控們無法抗拒的蛋糕！

Ingredients食材—

For the cake mixture蛋糕糊：
4 egg yolks, 4個蛋黃
Caster sugar 細砂糖 30g
Matcha powder 抹茶粉 15g
Self raising flour 低筋麵粉 80g
Water 水 60ml
Veg oil 蔬菜油 30ml

For meringue蛋白霜 :
Egg white from 4 eggs 四顆蛋的蛋白
Caster sugar 細砂糖 40g

For the filling餡料:
Hot water 1tbs 熱水1大匙
Caster sugar 2tsp 細砂糖2小匙
Matcha powder 1tbs 抹茶粉1大匙
Double cream 鮮奶油 150ml
Azuki paste ( red bean paste) 紅豆沙餡 100g
