Chocolate & orange hot cross bun | 柳橙巧克力十字麵包 ｜Easter Special | 復活節限定｜ Get foodie with Sally

Hot cross bun is a spiced sweet bun usually made with dry fruit and some spices, marked with a cross on the top, and traditionally eaten during the Easter period.
I would like to make this traditional buns into something more unique by adding the dark chocolate and orange peels in.

十字麵包是一種加了葡萄乾/黑加侖乾及多種香料的甜麵包，表面的十字符號是其最大的特徵，人們傳統上在復活節期間食用這十字麵包。
我喜歡挑戰傳統食物新做法，於是就嘗試了加入黑巧克及糖漬橘皮。
最後，希望大家都有個平安，喜樂的復活節！

Ingredients 食材：
Dark chocolate 黑巧克力 100g
Orange peels 糖漬橙皮 100g
Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油 50g
Sugar 糖 50g
Mixed spice 綜合香料 1tsp
Nutmeg 豆蔻粉 1tsp
Pinch of salt 鹽一撮
Cold milk 冰牛奶 200ml
White bread flour 高筋麵粉 400g
Cocoa powder 可可粉 50g
Dry yeast 酵母粉 7g
An egg 蛋一顆

For the cross paste十字麵糊食材:
Plain flour 中筋麵粉 2tbs
Water 水2tbs
