Focaccia | 佛卡夏 ｜Get foodie with Sally

Focaccia bread, simple to make but has all sort of topping options you can choose. From sun dry tomatoes to baby potatoes, also works quite well with artichokes to chilli peppers. What ever you like to adapt to your own taste.
I am going to do the classic one today which are my favourite ingredients: olives and rosemaries. Nice~

佛卡夏，一個做法簡單但又變化多端的義式麵包。麵包上的配料選擇可以無限伸展，例如從風乾番茄到馬鈴薯；朝鮮薊到辣椒⋯完全可依照個人口味做調配。
今天我示範的是最典型的佛卡夏配料：綠橄欖與迷迭香。食材單純但就是會讓人一再想念的好味道！

Ingredients
Bread flour 高筋麵粉 250g
Water 水 160ml
Olive oil 橄欖油 30ml
Dry yeast 酵母粉 4g
Pinch of sea salt 海鹽一小撮
Olives 15 approx. 橄欖約15顆
Rosemary 2 stalks 新鮮迷迭香2根
