Silky and bouncy coconut pudding is a very popular summer snack in Asia. The original recipe is made of coconut milk and corn flour. I infused fragrant Thai milk tea leaves to enrich the flavour. It’s a delicious treat for a sunny day!

Ingredients 食材：
Thai milk tea leaves 泰奶茶包 2tsp
Milk 牛奶 700g
Demerara sugar 黃砂糖 70g
Corn flour 玉米粉 90g
Desiccated coconut 椰絲 50g+-
