What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I’m gonna be showing you a full quick shoulder workout you can do using just a pair of dumbbells.

This workout will be 2 triple-supersets so 3 different exercises done back-to-back-to-back before resting. You'll need one set of heavier dumbbells and one set of lighter dumbbells.

🚀 Round 1 Exercises
✅ Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press 15 Reps
✅ Dumbbell Upright Rows 15 Reps
✅ Bent Over Reverse Dumbbell Flyes 15 Reps
⏰ Rest 90 Seconds - Repeat for 4 Sets

🚀 Round 2 Exercises
✅ Standing Arnold Press 15 Reps
✅ Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raises 15 Reps
✅ Lying Side Rear Delt Raises 15 Reps
⏰ Rest 90 Seconds - Repeat for 4 Sets
