Time to look after your LHB (your "long head of bicep") tendon in your shoulder. It can get sore, weak and injured with some gym exercises so here's 4 great rehab exercises you can throw into your training regime to keep it strong, happy and doing it's job. Plus some injury prevention tips to stop it getting sore in the first place!
