Graduated band resistance for leg workouts | Feat. Tim Keeley | No.202 | Physio REHAB

Want a change from weights and machines? Then get some graduated powerband resistance into your workouts!

Here are 3 knee and leg exercises we are currently uploading to the library for body weight load with resistance. The bands are good for helping you through knee injuries as they provide a resistance that is less at the bottom of the movement (where the joint angles are larger and the major muscles are longer) and harder at the top of the movement where the reverse is happening. Kinder on recovering joints a nice bridge into weights from injury. 😉

Here I am doing:

1️⃣ Front squat (banded)

2️⃣ Physio Lunge (banded)
.
3️⃣ Step down (banded).
.
