Adding a Powerband to Single Knee Rehab Exercises. | Tim Keeley | Physio REHAB

When you need to add more load to some of the single leg stability exercises - sometimes the easiest way is a powerband. The addition of a powerband is better for rehab than more static weight as the variable resistance is kinder on the knee and a good transition to adding load onto a joint - when its ready. Make sure you have nailed the exercise first with great form before adding on load. Remember - techniquie BEFORE LOAD!
