Workouts when you’re injured | Feat. Tim Keeley | Physio REHAB

Are you trying to train around an injury and don’t know how to go about it? This week’s Daily rehab workout is for those of you with shoulder injuries or have had shoulder surgery and want to still do loaded leg work and core exercises.

Speaking from personal experience here is my ideas for you - as this is what I am doing to keep up some sort of resisted work when you are not around gym equipment and only have a few basics around the home.

▶️ LEGS
1️⃣ Front Squat - 1 arm kettlebell
2️⃣ RDL - 1 arm kettlebell
3️⃣ Physio Lunge (banded load)

▶️ CORE
1️⃣ Leg Slide (table top)
2️⃣ Planks - 1 arm
3️⃣ McGill curl ups
