Triathlon Training Workout 1: SWIM LEG | Strength - Stability - Mobility | Tim Keeley | Physio REHAB

This is the 1st of three full-length workout videos to help you improve your strength, stability and mobility for triathlons. Whether you're a novice or an elite triathlete, these exercises will help complement your swim, bike and run training sessions.

PART 1: SWIM LEG
This is the full workout for the swim leg, showing 1 round of each exercise starting with shoulder, then moving into core, then mobility. I suggest completing 3 rounds in total for your workout and do it once a week in the day before a swim session.

1. Straight Arm Powerband Pull
2. Suspension Supine Row
3. 1 Arm Pull Down
4. External Rotation 45 degrees
5. Internal Rotation 90 degrees
6. Kettle Bell Shoulder Press with Lateral Band
7. Bird Dog
8. Full Plank
9. 'W' Stretch
10. Book Openers - Thoracic Rotation
11. Hand Behind Back Internal Rotation
12. Thoracic Extension - Single Arm
