广式虾仁腐皮卷🦐爽滑鲜嫩,腐皮吸收了满满的酱汁,非常好吃,记得多做一点,怕不够吃🔥

材料:1根芹菜、4朵木耳、10粒马蹄、12只鲜虾、500克肉末、1茶勺盐、2勺酱油、半勺胡椒粉、1勺芝麻油、2勺玉米淀粉、1包腐皮

酱汁:1碗清水、1勺蚝油、1勺酱油、水淀粉

1)把芹菜、木耳、马蹄、鲜虾切粒放入碗中备用
2)加入500克肉末、1茶勺盐、2勺酱油、半勺胡椒粉、1勺芝麻油、2勺玉米淀粉抓至粘稠
3)把腐皮切小片,放入1勺馅料,两面对折再卷起来
4)热锅热油,把腐皮卷炸至金黄色捞出备用
5)锅留底油,倒入1碗清水,1勺蚝油、1勺酱油、水淀粉煮至浓稠,淋在炸好的腐皮卷上
6)最后把腐皮卷上锅蒸8分钟
7)最后撒上葱花就好了

5) left some oil in the pan, pour 1 bowl of water, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, and water starch to cook until thick, and pour it on the fried bean curd roll
6) Finally put the bean curd skin roll on the pan and steam for 8 minutes
7) Sprinkle chopped green onion in the end
