FULL DAY OF EATING | bloating, alcohol and body checks

I'm always asked what I eat and whilst I don't really think that copying my diet is the answer to all your fitness/health/diet problems, sometimes it can be useful to see that some of your favourite fitspos don't eat so differently to you. I've also shown here that 'bloating' is TOTALLY normal over 2 full days of recording my food intake. It's just our body's way of dealing with food and drink and can change from hour to hour. I hope you find this video really useful, including recipes, body checks and alcohol 'real talk'. More blog posts on this coming soon to a blog near you.
Remember, being healthy is not a miracle and it’s not a diet. It’s got to be a sustainable way of living, and one that you enjoy doing!
Edit: I obviously meant 20 WEEKS pregnant, not 20 months pregnant but that's my kind of hyperbole!
