After hosting a run club with an adventure racer earlier this year, I've had my eyes set on taking part in one since. Adventure racing is multi-disciplinary, e.g. running, cycling, kayaking, trekking etc. meaning that it requires a number of strengths to do well at.
Since I'm not an amazing runner, but enjoy spending time outside and love competing, I decided to take part on Quest Killarney with my boyfriend. Watch to see how it went!
