WHAT I EAT ON A REST DAY | Half marathon training | How I plan my runs

I always post videos about my training but rarely post when I'm not doing anything active. I think it's important to show how key rest and recovery are in any training programme, whether that's 3 days off a week, or a 'recovery run' once a week.
I was absolutely exhausted filming this vlog but decided not to try to cover up my bags or dry skin, because I preach a lot about not wearing makeup and want to be more representative of what bare-faced actually looks like. I don't just go makeup-free when I'm well rested and feeling fresh, I try to do it whenever I can and encourage others to do the same. So maybe you can tell that I am exhausted but hey, we've all been there!
