WHY EVERYONE SHOULD DO INTERVAL TRAINING

There are a few things that make a huge difference to running pace, and interval training is one of them. I started interval training regularly this time last year, and haven't looked back. Here are some of the reasons you should give it a go.

To find your paces if you don't have a coach, there are a few sites online. This one seemed relatively accurate for me - https://www.runnersworld.com/uk/training/a761676/rws-training-pace-calculator/

As always, if you're unsure about anything, speak to a qualified coach!
