IS BLOATING NORMAL? || FULL DAY OF BLOATING

Hey friends! A few of you have asked me whether it's normal to bloat and what causes it. I think bloating is really normal and I will bloat pretty much everyday even though what I eat in a day is fairly normal for me.

Today I'm showing you a more flexible diet as well as my workout which made me bloat. This is very normal for me and I don't stress about it but wanted to show you that it happens to all of us (:

The science behind bloating is very complex because it is very individual to the person so I've linked a good literature review if you wanted to read more about it. If you are still concerned it might be worth speaking to your doctor about it who will be able to give you a more tailored treatment (:
